These are just a few of the many benefits of a good night’s sleep. There are many more, but if like many sleep evades you and has become a stressful subject for you and your loved ones, this course could be the solution.

This course was designed to help you with sleep issues. Our clients often reported that they slept well after completing our specialist Pilates sessions. I decided to investigate further and brought together three key aspects that can help us sleep.The course will explain those key aspects and you will experience them for yourself throughout the course. This is a unique approach to sleep issues. The biggest cause of sleep issues is stress and anxiety. By learning this unique method, you will be in control of your thoughts, rather than them controlling you. Your stress levels will be reduced, your ability to relax and switch off at the end of the day will be improved, allowing you to drift off to sleep easily.

COURSE CONTENT

Each of the five sessions included in the course will be different. The classes are easy to follow and accessible for everyone.

The course includes a number of supporting documents including a beautifully designed Sleep Log Book to help you track your progress throughout the course.
