Jeannie Di Bon

Jeannie Di Bon internationally recognized movement therapist specializing in chronic pain, hypermobility and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome.

Jeannie has lived experience with hEDS, MCAS, ME/CFS, and POTS and understands the struggle of living with chronic pain. A chance encounter with a physical therapist who told her she needed to try Pilates sent her down the path of training to be a movement therapist. She now has over 16 years of experience working 1:1 with thousands of clients, helping them find relief from pain through movement.

This experience plus additional education in biomechanics, anatomy, neuroscience, lifestyle medicine, and pain management led to the development of The Integral Movement Method (The IMM).

Jeannie’s method is endorsed by leading hypermobility experts. She is a part of The London Hypermobility Network and The Kent Hypermobility Network, both are Ehlers-Danlos Society Centers & Networks of Excellence. She has received awards from both The Ehlers-Danlos Society and Ehlers-Danlos UK.

Jeannie teaches The IMM and her approach to hypermobility to movement professionals worldwide through EDS ECHO. Her method was the subject of a research study collaboration between Clarkson University and University College London, with results published soon.

In an effort to provide affordable access to The IMM for everyone, Jeannie created The Zebra Club, the app for hypermobility safe exercise, community, and education.
