Every exercise is demonstrated and explained with specific guidance on what to feel, what to watch for, and how to progress safely, at home, at your own pace.

Reformer Foundations for Hypermobility
A five-lesson, self-paced online course teaching you how to use the Pilates Reformer safely and effectively with a hypermobile body.
Jeannie breaks down foundational movements with clear demonstrations, “watch for” points, and progressions. You will cover proper setup, stability for the pelvis, hips, and shoulders, box modifications, and controlled movement sequencing, building the confidence and knowledge to approach Reformer work in a way that supports rather than stresses a hypermobile body.
