The IMM has developed and evolved over the years through my own experience of working with thousands of clients in my Pilates studio. I’m fascinated and curious about human movement and how to improve it. Through teaching my wonderful clients, I had the opportunity to observe carefully and build my knowledge. I studied beyond the Pilates realm and delved deeply into other movement theories. I immersed myself in depth anatomy training to really understand how the body operates and this allowed me to produce a method that works with lasting, effective results. Welcome to the IMM.

Sleep is an essential element of life. Without consistent good quality sleep, our physical and mental health suffers; it is the foundation stone on which all else rests.
