ABOUT THE COURSE

Through my experience of working with thousands of clients who have suffered from back pain, I have seen many types of chronic back pain alleviated, managed, reduced and even eliminated through the adoption of my Integral Movement Method.

COURSE CONTENT

The course is designed to be easy-to-use and as such each session can be done at home with little to no equipment in just 30 minutes – a duration that will be effective without being over tiring.

All you need is a quiet place where you can really focus on you and your body.

Made up of five movement therapy sessions, the course focusses on quality of movement, rather than quantity at a pace that is gentle, with mindful transitions from one exercise to the other.

Every step of the way I will be there to share with you my knowledge and experience on back pain management – you will supported throughout your journey to a pain-free back.

With that in mind, the course also includes a number of supporting documents which will be essential to help you achieve your goal of strengthening your back and decreasing your pain. Be sure to download all the material before you start.
