Course Content

The course is practical and easy to use. You do not need any special equipment and you can do this in the comfort of your own home. You just need a quiet place where you can work and focus on your body.

Each of the five sessions has a different theme, so you can really explore that topic in detail.

The course also includes a number of supporting documents which will be essential to help you achieve your goal of strengthening your hypermobile core. Be sure to download all the material before you start.
